These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Predigtal website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Predigtal provides website development, SEO services, AI search optimization, AI automation, digital brand management, and analytics growth services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in a separate engagement agreement for each client.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to your platforms and systems to enable us to deliver our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials shared for service delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all custom work product delivered as part of our services. Predigtal retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in the engagement agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding balances are resolved.

Limitation of Liability

Predigtal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement agreement as specified in its terms. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
